The Comprehensive STIP / ITIP report provides a detailed view of general and funding information for all projects in the STIP. This report runs automatically and is cached to allow the user immediate access to this large report. Therefore, this version of the report will display the full Approved STIP and all projects across all programs.

Generate the Report

To generate this report, the user can simply click the "Comprehensive STIP / ITIP" option in the "Select Report" list (left side). To export the report, the user can click the download icon () to download the report as a PDF.

Output

The generated report will have a STIP Introduction and a Project Summary Report for each project in the STIP. These projects will be grouped by County and sorted by Project ID. This report will be run nightly and cached in order to ensure quick response times; therefore, approved pending actions will not be available in the report until the following day.

NOTE: Users with either the System Administrator role or the Create/Manage STIPs permission will be responsible for uploading the STIP Introduction in PDF format through the STIPs interface.
