The Standard Reports interface provides the ability to create several pre-formatted, standard reports that can be generated in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Word format. This interface can be accessed by selecting the Reports module and clicking the "Standard Reports" option in the resulting picklist.
Standard Report Types
The Standard Report types offered in the application are:
- Comprehensive STIP
- Project Funding Summary
- Fiscal Constraint Analysis
- Project Summary Report
- Programmed Amount Detail
- Revision Summary
- Programmed Amount Summary
- Tabular Funding Outlay
- Program Targets
If the FMIS module is included, these reports will also be offered:
- Annual List of Obligated Reports
- End of Year Analysis
- Federal Agreement Summary
Generating a Standard Report
To generate a Standard Report, the user can follow these general steps:
- Select a STIP/TIP in the STIP/TIP Selection picklist on the Main Menu.
- Click on the Reports module.
- Select "Standard Reports" in the picklist.
- Click a report type to run in the list (left side).
- Enter data into the available required (*) and optional filters (right side).
- Select the export button (
) an output type: PDF, XLSX or DOCX.

Note: When the report is exported as a PDF, its output will be in standard paper size (8.5 x 11 inch page) on most browsers. However, Microsoft Edge may show different dimensions (14.67 x 11.33 inch page). This is a known discrepancy, and it does not affect reporting.
