The Comprehensive STIP / ITIP (run manually) report provides a detailed view of general and funding information for all projects in the STIP. As indicated by the name, this report can be run manually by the user; therefore, the user has access to filters and a "Submit" button. The other Comprehensive STIP / ITIP report runs automatically.
Filters
Once the user selects the Comprehensive STIP / ITIP (run manually) report in the "Select Report" list, these filters will appear:

| Programs | A multi-select picklist of all Programs that the user can use to filter the report results. If this field is left blank, the report will include general and funding information for all projects/programs. |
| Report | A picklist that allows the user to select a report type to run: ITIP or STIP. |
| Inflate Values | A Yes/No picklist that allows the user to choose if the values in the report will be inflated. |
| Revision | A picklist of all revisions associated to the STIP/TIP selected in the STIP/TIP Selection picklist. |
Generate the Report
To generate this report, the user can follow these steps:
- Click "Comprehensive STIP / ITIP (run manually)" in the "Select Report" list (left side).
- Select a "Report" type in the picklist: STIP or ITIP.
- ITIP - Grouped Projects will not be rolled up but will be reported individually.
- STIP - Use the Report By field at the STIPItem level to determine if the project is reported individually, reported by group, or excluded from the report.
- Select an option in the Inflate Values field: Yes or No.
- Yes - The values in the report will be inflated based on the configured rate and inflation scope set in the Inflation tab of the STIPs interface. Any values in the report that are not under a Program/Phase selected in the Inflation tab will not show inflated values. Values should compound on an annual basis.
- No - The values will not be inflated.
- Select options in the other filters-- Programs and Revision-- if desired (OPTIONAL).
- Click the "Submit" button.
If the user wishes to change the STIP before running the report, they can navigate to the STIP Selection picklist on the Main Menu. To export the report, the user can click the export icon (), then choose the export type (PDF or DOCX).
Output
The generated report will have a STIP Introduction and a Project Summary Report for each project in the STIP. These projects will be grouped by County and sorted by Project ID.
NOTE: Users with either the System Administrator role or the Create/Manage STIPs permission will be responsible for uploading the STIP Introduction in PDF format through the STIPs interface.
