Released October 3, 2026.
New
- Convert to Federal / Convert to Non-Federal — An authorized FMIS project can be converted from the Actions menu. STIP creates the matching federal project (or "-NF" Non-Federal project) under the same Federal Aid Number and stages a withdrawal of the original.
- Advantage for state program codes — State program code attributions on a federal obligation line can now be given a Work Authority and Advantage Phase in Advantage Management.
Improved
- Report fonts — Reports print in a consistent narrow font, so text is no longer cut off.
- FMIS Change Summary — The "Change Summary" section now shows on every version of an FMIS project, not just the Pending version, so the user can see what changed in any earlier version.
- Project Location — "Jurisdiction" and "Indian Reservation" show names instead of numeric codes.
- Project Schedule to Date report — "To STIP Year" defaults to six years after the "From" year, and the report can be filtered by Project Manager.
- Summary Project Report — The parameter is now labeled "Key Number".
Fixed
- Standard Reports list — Obligation Transactions by Modification appears only once in the list.
- Project Funding Summary report — The "Program" filter returns the right projects.
- Authorized Projects report — Program Year shows the project's year, including 2500, instead of "Ongoing".
- STIP / ITIP and Comprehensive STIP / ITIP reports — Both reports run successfully again with "Inflate Values" turned on.
- Annual Listing of Projects — The report runs again for FFY 2025 and FFY 2026.
