Our partnership with Idaho seeks to provide the Transportation Department with our STIP Core software. STIP Core is a comprehensive suite designed to simplify the planning, approval, and management of transportation projects. Built for state DOTs, this solution streamlines collaboration, enhances public transparency, and ensures compliance with federal funding requirements. Its suite features are threefold:

1. STIP Manager: Create and manage STIPs
2. STIP Viewer: Public STIP project transparency
3. FMIS Module: Manage federal aid projects from STIP Manager

This unique set can also include MPO-specific integrations. Currently, COMPASS MPO is the only organization in the state to implement this software:

TIP Viewer

TIP Viewer is a supporting element of STIP Core, enabling the public and external stakeholders to view vital information in an MPO's Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) which will later be incorporated into ITD's overall Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan (STIP). Users will have access to projects within the Draft TIP and/or various revisions within the Active TIP, depending on which have been submitted for public comment at the time. From this platform, users can provide input and stay informed on the MPO's latest transportation plans.
